The FBC holds its Annual Conference generally in mid-October and tries to rotate it around the state. The Conference is a forum for discussion about performance measurement topics impacting Florida local governments. The Pre-Conference Workshop is 1-day or a 1/2 day and is a workshop which highlights best practices in local government performance measurement and other relevant and timely topics. The pre-conference could also be a 1-day training focused on Data Driven Strategic Planning, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification or other related training.
