Performance Data Sharing

The FBC collects annual performance data from participating local governments during January/February each year for the previous fiscal year in each of the following 20 services provided by local government (known as service areas).  The fiscal year for data collection runs from October 1 thru September 30 annually. Those service areas are listed below:

  • Fleet Management (EM)
  • General (Demographics) (GE)

  • Parks and Recreation (PR)
  • Police (PO)
  • Purchasing (PU)
  • Risk Managment (RM)
  • Road Repair (RR)
  • Solid Waste - Collection (SC)
  • Solid Waste - Disposal (SW)
  • Stormwater and Drainage Maintenance (SD
  • Traffic Engineering (TE)
  • Water and Wastewater (WW)

FBC member jurisdictions can go directly to the Ideagen Software site to post their annual performance data and to see their history.  In addition, they can download a copy of the current and past FBC Annual Reports.  A username and password are required to access the Ideagen website.
