Strategic Planning & Performance Committee

 Specific tasks of the Strategic Planning & Performance Committee include:
  • Make recommendations to the board on the FBC's vision, mission, motto, values, strategic plan and   strategy map; develop and manage organizational objectives; manage the strategic planning process, including annual updating, and collaborate closely with other FBC Committees in the development and monitoring of key organizational performance indicators.

  • Assist Service Area Leads (SAL) in the performance of their responsibilities; identify the three service areas per year for review; review the recommended changes submitted by the SAL’s to the 3 service areas each year; participate in the process for new service areas; provide quality assurance and best practice review related to the FBC's performance measures; collaborate with Conference and Training Committees to help FBC members grow and develop their employees in the use of performance measurement, benchmarking and in particular their use as management tools.
