Strategic Planning & Performance Committee

Make recommendations to the board on the FBC's vision, mission, motto, values, strategic plan and strategy map; develop and manage organizational objectives; manage the strategic planning process, including annual updating, and collaborate closely with other FBC Committees in the development and monitoring of key organizational performance indicators.

Assist Service Area Leads (SAL) in the performance of their responsibilities; identify the three service areas per year for review; review the recommended changes submitted by the SAL’s to the 3 service areas each year; participate in the process for new service areas; provide quality assurance and best practice review related to the FBC's performance measures; collaborate with Conference and Training Committees to help FBC members grow and develop their employees in the use of performance measurement, benchmarking and in particular their use as management tools.
