Performance Training


The FBC is now offering on-site training on a number of performance topics to member and non-member local governments.  Training programs are offered by the FBC's Training Sub-Committee, chaired by Suzanne Sherman of the City of Palm Bay.  Information about available training programs will soon be available online.  In the interim, please contact Suzanne Sherman for information:

Purpose of Training Sub-Committee
The new FBC Training Sub-Committee is charged with coordinating an affordable and accessible program of training for local government leaders, managers, and staff that is aimed at improving awareness of, and interest in performance measurement, benchmarking, strategic planning, and other areas that may be of interest for those members of local government who want to improve the performance of their agencies.
