Specific tasks of the Performance Sub-committee include:  Identify service area Team Leads (TLs) and assist them in the performance of their duties  Identify service matter experts (SMEs) Identify additional service areas for coverage under FBC Work closely with service area Team Leaders (TLs) to assist them in the development of performance measures and definitions and data collection.
