Performance Sub-committee


Specific tasks of the Performance Sub-committee include:

  •  Identify service area Team Leads (TLs) and assist them in the performance of their duties
  •  Identify service matter experts (SMEs)
  • Identify additional service areas for coverage under FBC
  • Work closely with service area Team Leaders (TLs) to assist them in the development of performance measures and definitions and data collection.
  • Provide quality assurance of performance measures and collected data
  • Collaborate with Training Sub-committee to help FBC members grow and develop their employees in the use of performance measurement and in particular it's use as a management tool
