The following is an outline of the FBC FY07 data cycle: Nov. 16, 2007:  Deadline to submit FY07 demographic survey ** Only BEBR/FDLE demographic data will be utilized for members not submitting survey. Dec. 14, 2007:  Operational definitions for measures in existing service areas distributed to membership. ** Member organization representatives not receiving operational definitions may request an emailed copy from Laura Mikovsky at lpmikov@mail.ucf.edu. Jan. 4, 2008:  FY07 data collection template, including operational definitions for all service areas and finalized FY07 demographic data, distributed to membership Jan. 14, 2008 - Feb. 15, 2008:  Regular data collection period Feb. 18, 2008 - Feb. 29, 2008:  Late data collection period ** Members will be charged a $250 penalty fee to cover human resource requirements of processing late data. No data will be accepted after the late data collection period closes. Feb. 18, 2008 - Feb. 29, 2008:  Data compiled, data reviewed by Data Management staff first round of data cleansing Feb. 29, 2008:  Preliminary data set released to Steering Committee and Team Leads Mar. 3, 2008 - Mar. 14, 2008:  Data reviewed by service area Team Leads second round of data cleansing; includes identification of and collaboration with members regarding outliers Mar. 17, 2008 - Apr. 18, 2008:  Assembly of preliminary FY07 data report May 6, 2008:  Preliminary FY07 data report released at FBC spring conference May-Sept, 2008:  Assembly of final FY07 data report 2008 Fall workshop:  Release of final FY07 data report to membership
