FBC Community - Performance Measures

Why are we interested in performance measures? Of course, there is the old adage that what gets measured gets done, but isn't there more than that?

Each FBC member has the opportunity to talk about the whys and hows of measuring organizational, departmental and individual performance. Our conversations will likely include leading and lagging indicators, as well as outcome, program, process, and activity measures. Setting good measures, the right ones at the right time and place, assists each organization in timely adjustments to performance, so that the highest possible value exchange with the community is consistently being reached.
