About the Florida Benchmarking Consortium

The Florida Benchmarking Consortium (FBC) is a collaboration of Florida local governments seeking to improve upon or implement performance measurement (PM) programs.  Founded in 2004 by a handful of local government performance managers, the FBC consists of nearly 30 cities and counties around the state (as of July 2006).

The FBC Steering Committee, the organization's governing body, meets monthly at the office of the University of Central Florida (UCF) Institute of Government (IOG) in downtown Orlando.  All FBC members and other interested parties are welcome to attend these meetings.
